Judy Ashurst Gilbert is Owner, Managing Broker of Madison Realty, Inc. Judy is the first person to receive both the prestigious Phoenix and Eagle Awards in the Lake Country Board of Realtors. Judy is a graduate of Georgia College in Milledgeville and has done post graduate work at the University of Georgia. Judy taught school in the Morgan County school system for 7 years, before becoming a Realtor in 1978. Very Civic minded and active in the Community, she is past president of many organizations, including the Chamber of Commerce. Judy has 3 children and 7 grandchildren. Her husband Bruce, owns the local hardware store and Bruce has been Mayor of Madison for almost 20 years.

Chris Gilbert Hodges, Broker, has been an agent with Madison Realty, Inc. since inception. She’s a proven, dedicated realtor with a history of success. She was awarded the Lake Oconee Association of Realtor’s Phoenix award for her first 10 years in business as a Multi-Million Dollar producer. She has been a million dollar producer since 1995. Chris was recently awarded the prestigious Eagle award for over 15 years as a Multi-Million Dollar producer. She specializes in retirement homes, historic homes, homes with acreage, and investment properties. She was born was raised in Madison, GA and knows the area well. Also, she is a Pro- Agent with Trulia.com and uses her extensive knowledge of the internet and its massive reach to glean clients. Chris graduated in 1992 with a BA in History from UGA, and she is also a graduate of Leadership Morgan County. In her spare time, she is a volunteer with Saint Mary’s Hospice and an Ambassador with the Madison/Morgan Chamber of Commerce. Chris is a native to Madison/Morgan County.

Ashley Hunt has been working as a real estate agent with Madison Realty for over a decade. She enjoys meeting people of all ages and backgrounds and relishes the unique challenge each new buyer's home hunt brings. After graduating from the University of Georgia, she began her career in real estate taxes in Atlanta at PriceWaterHouse Coopers and Arthur Andersen but chose to become more personally involved in the real estate process.
Ashley prides herself in being available nights and weekends to match her buyers' busy lives and she keeps listings manageable to ensure exceptional service for her sellers. She was pleased to be named to the Million Dollar Club of the Lake Oconee Board of Realtors and is an active member. Ashley's heart is with the children and future of the community. She is a Mother, Sunday School teacher, and a founding board member of the Boys & Girls Club of Morgan County. She has now been selling real estate with Madison Realty for 10 years. Lynda has been a Million Dollar producer since she started her real estate career in 1988. She initially specialized in the burgeoning Lake Oconee real estate market before expanding her business to Madison and Morgan County. After relocating to Augusta, Georgia with her husband, Lynda sold real estate for four years in the historic “The Hill” district of Augusta. Lynda moved back to Madison, Georgia, the town in which she raised her two boys and the town she calls home, to joined Madison Realty, Inc. She continues to maintain a close personal relationship with past and present clients. She is very professional, always giving her clients ample time to find the perfect home for their family. She is always available, working tirelessly to accomplish success for her clients. She has always been very active in community affairs,especially with the Madison Baptist Church. Todd Peaster has recently joined Madison Realty and brings over a decade of land use planning and site design experience. His passion is commercial real estate and going the extra mile to provide accurate and timely data for clients and customers to make informed sale, lease, or acquisition decisions. After graduating from the University of Georgia, Todd gained valuable experience as a land planner designing and engineering commercial projects of many shapes and sizes. In 2006, Todd joined the engineering, landscape architecture, and surveying firm, Georgia Civil, and is now a partner with the firm. Todd’s unique combination of land use planning, site allocation and design, and real estate experience allows him to address clients’ needs with a knowledge base uncommon to many commercial realtors. Todd and his wife Lindsay have been residents of Madison for over 10 years and have two sons, Harrison and Grant. Todd is a high school football coach through the GHSA community coaching program, involved in various civic organizations, and is a member of Madison Baptist Church.

Sam Ball comes to Madison Realty, Inc., as a recent graduate of Georgia Southern University with a degree in Small Business Management with an emphasis on Entrepreneurship. Sam comes from a family that has been involved with owning and investing in real estate over the last 100 years all over the state of Georgia. Sam has personally invested in real estate starting at a young age and knows what it is like to be a first time buyer. As an avid outdoorsman, Sam brings knowledge and experience regarding good hunting and fishing properties. Sam is an active volunteer with the Morgan County High School wrestling team and attends Madison First Baptist Church.
