Ashley Hunt is a knowledgeable, effective and trusted agent with over 20 years of experience with Madison Realty, working throughout the state of GA. Transaction experience include but not limited to Residential, Commercial, Land, Investment, and Leases. She grew up in North Carolina, but attended UGA for college. She first fell in love with Madison and the surrounding area while living in Athens and after pursuing a career in real estate taxes at Pricewaterhouse Coopers in Atlanta, moved to Madison, Morgan County to begin her career with Madison Realty. Ashley is committed to her clients by acknowledging their individual needs and maintaining a flexible schedule, staying available nights and weekends. Her dedication to her clients has led her to be an active member of the Million Dollar Club of the Lake Oconee Board of Realtors. She was awarded the Lake Oconee Association of Realtors Phoenix Award for 10 years of Business Success at a multi-million dollar level in 2014, and the Eagle Award for 15 years in 2019. Additionally, Ashley is invested in the community as an Elder at the Madison Presbyterian Church, a founding board member and treasurer of the Madison-Morgan County Boys & Girls Club, and an active mentor in the Morgan County School system. Ashley can be seen in community enjoying the outdoors and sports with her family and recently completed the New York Marathon.
