The maxim “When you find a job you love, you’ll never work a day in your life” beautifully illustrates Dianne's genuine passion and enthusiasm for her work in the real estate industry. Her dedication to making meaningful connections and her ability to match buyers and sellers with the perfect real estate properties are reflective of her deep love for what she does.
For Dianne, it's not just about the physical aspects of properties but about understanding the unique stories and emotions that make each house a home. “I see myself as the public relations and marketing representative for any property I am honored to list, and as a staunch advocate for each and every buyer and seller.” Her goal is to always exceed the expectations of her clients. Above all, she is grateful to be part of the dynamic team at Madison Realty, harnessing her genuine passion for the community of Madison and Morgan County, backed by her professional marketing background. Having called Madison home for over three decades, she has actively participated in the area's growth while raising her three children. Dianne's passion and genuine interest in her work not only sets her apart but also creates an infectious energy that resonates with her clients and colleagues alike. Her dedication to the profession exemplifies the idea that when one truly loves what they do, it transcends mere work and becomes a fulfilling, lifelong pursuit. She truly upholds the values of honesty and professionalism along with a splash of joy and fun thrown in for good measure. Previously, Dianne and her husband, Patrick, were proud owners of the Morgan County Citizen newspaper and Lake Oconee Living magazine, which were later acquired by the Times-Journal, Inc. in 2021. She actively contributed to the Georgia Press Association as a board member from 2015 to 2021. During her impressive tenure in marketing and public relations, she spent a decade at Cohn & Wolfe in Atlanta, representing esteemed organizations like The Coca-Cola Company, Home Depot, AFLAC and Federal Express during the 1988 Winter Olympic Games in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. She has been active in her community and church as well serving on civic and nonprofit boards and committees such as the City of Madison’s Main Street committee. She received the Volunteer of the Year award twice from the City of Madison and has also received the Madison-Morgan Chamber of Commerce’s Volunteer of the Year award. Currently residing in Madison with her husband, their empty nest is filled with the delightful company of a toy poodle named Ollie, a Jack Russell-Chihuahua mix named Scout and an old, beloved cat named Coco.Mobile: (706) 3187966 | Office: (706) 342-0693 | FAX: (706) 342-8505
